It looks after you by monitoring your use of the keyboard and mouse relative to your typing skills and provides you with microbreaks and exercises to help avoid getting problems with your hands and wrists. The same program used by large organizations to help look after their employees.
It controls whether the server starts up as a service, or run as an application.
